発送について | Shipping Information
ご注文確定・決済完了後、14日以内に発送いたします。
Orders will be shipped within 14 days after the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
作品証明書 | Certificate of Authenticity
すべての作品には、作品証明書（Certificate of Authenticity / COA）を同封いたします。
作品証明書は、作品の真正性と限定作品であることを証明するための大切な書類です。
作品タイトル、エディション番号、制作年、作家名、用紙・印刷仕様などを記載し、作者本人の署名を入れてお届けいたします。
作品本体とあわせて、大切に保管していただくことをおすすめいたします。
なお、作品証明書はすべて英語表記となります。
All artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
The Certificate of Authenticity is an important document that verifies the authenticity of the artwork and its limited-edition status.
It includes the artwork title, edition number, year of creation, artist name, paper and printing specifications, and is signed by the artist.
We recommend keeping it safely together with the artwork.
作品の余白・サイン | Margins and Artist Signature
すべての作品には、上下左右に約20mmの余白を設けています。
右下の余白部分には、アーティスト本人による直筆サインをお入れします。
また、作品の裏面には、作品証明書と対応する管理番号を記載し、作品本体と証明書が対応していることを確認できる仕様としています。
All artworks are produced with an approximately 20 mm margin on all four sides.
A handwritten signature by the artist is placed in the lower-right margin.
A management number corresponding to the Certificate of Authenticity is also written on the back of the artwork, ensuring that the artwork and its certificate can be properly matched.
キャンセル・返品について | Cancellations and Returns
作品の性質上、ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
万が一、作品に破損・汚損・誤配送などの初期不良がございましたら、到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
状況を確認のうえ、返品・交換または返金にて対応いたします。
初期不良に該当する場合の返送料は当店にて負担いたします。
なお、モニター環境による色味の違い、質感の印象違い、サイズ確認不足などによる返品・交換はお受けできません。
Due to the nature of our artworks, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience after an order has been confirmed.
If the artwork arrives damaged, stained, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
After confirming the situation, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Return shipping costs will be covered by our shop in the case of an initial defect.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to color differences caused by monitor settings, differences in perceived texture or appearance, or insufficient size confirmation.
